Program Coordinator
Bridges for Youth and Families, a NYS-certified Interim Family Program, provides emergency services to runaway, homeless and unaccompanied youth.
Focused on runaway prevention and reunification, Bridges staff works with young people who:
Youth living away from parents or legal guardian may also be eligible for services
Services for youth up to age 21 include:
Bridges may also provide short-term emergency shelter for youth under 18.
Focused on runaway prevention and reunification, Bridges staff works with young people who:
- are thinking of leaving home or running away
- have left home or run away
- are homeless and want to reunite with their families
Youth living away from parents or legal guardian may also be eligible for services
Services for youth up to age 21 include:
- family mediation
- advocacy
- community outreach and education
- intensive case management
- short-term solution-focused counseling
- transportation
- anger management and life skills groups
- social and recreational activities
Bridges may also provide short-term emergency shelter for youth under 18.
