The Skylight Club is a continuing day treatment program that provides psychiatric and rehabilitative programs for eligible adults. Assessment and treatment planning prior to and during program case management is provided. Pre-vocational activities and groups, crisis services, and medication therapies are available. Social training activities, socialization opportunities, volunteer placement, and task and skill training is provided.

The Supreme Court has broad authority over all categories of cases, including civil and criminal matters. The court generally handles civil matters seeking monetary damages greater than $25,000. It also hears cases where a party seeks to enjoin or stop certain actions by another party. The Supreme Court is the only court with the authority to address matters related to the termination of a marriage, including separation, annulment and divorce. While the Supreme Court has authority to hear criminal matters involving felonies (offenses punishable by more than one year in prison), generally outside New York City these matters are heard in County Court.

Anyone can call, at any time. When someone calls to report underage drinking, the call center will notify the Sheriff's Department. If the party location is in the jurisdiction of another police agency (such as the Ithaca Police, Village of Dryden Police, etc.) the information will be promptly routed to the appropriate agency who will respond.

The Labor Exchange maintains a data base of open job listings for the job seeking public to peruse either at the local office, via the internet: www.labor.ny.gov, or off site with any community agency accessing the listings through the Bulletin Board Service. The Labor Exchange also provides job assistance to individuals and groups in the form of

The eleven partners of the Workforce New York One Stop Center are ACCES-VR, TST BOCES, TC DSS, the Office of Employment & Training, Experience Works, TC Office for the Aging, Tompkins Community Action, Women's Opportunity Center, Challenge, NYS Dept. of Labor and Tompkins Cortland Community College. There will be a session held on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 for veterans and employers regarding information surrounding veterans transitioning back into the civilian workforce.
